Phase One: Our sales representatives will take time to evaluate what you want in a home. We will help you decide if customizing one of our existing floor plans is right for you. You can choose between the standard features of our Classic or Executive Custom Home Packages. Or maybe you will want to design your own home with our partners, RSA Architects.

Phase Two: Apple Tree Custom Homes utilizes their land inventory and searches for other available lots to find the right size lot in the location that suits you. In some cases, the best land could be land you already own. We can build on that, too!

Phase Three: Make your house your home. This is where the fun starts. Customize the interior and exterior of your new home with appliances and accessories from Viking, Peachtree, Moen, GE, Thermatru and more. At this point, structural changes are still possible, too, so there is still time to add that extra bathroom.

Phase Four: The permit and construction process consists of the pre-drywall inspection and construction of your new home. All necessary permits are acquired by Apple Tree Custom Homes. During construction, superintendents are on-site every day to oversee the progress. With advance notice, we are happy to walk you through the construction site so you can view the progress of your beautiful new home.
